Mediation Session - half day

Service Description

Half-day mediation sessions are a maximum of 3 hours (not including set up and post mediation formalities). Any agreed additional time will be charged at an hourly rate. Any disbursements such as travel, accommodation, external resources will be charged in addition. Each party to the mediation will be responsible for the mediation fees in equal shares unless as otherwise pre-agreed in writing.
