Her roles as a lawyer, law lecturer, in-house commercial consultant, owner/ director of a start-up, charitable board adviser and local newspaper editor have given her a unique insight into conflict resolution from all angles. Shelley-Anne is able to get to the heart of the matter and use her excellent interpersonal skills to achieve attitudinal shifts in all types of disputes overcoming obstacles to achieve effective solutions.
